Why one company does all of this.
Most technical work fails at the seams between vendors: the electrician who won't touch the network, the app developer who's never seen the hardware it talks to, the marketing agency that doesn't understand what the product actually does. We started fixing those seams by refusing to draw them in the first place.
That means the same team that diagnoses why a cooler is drifting can design the sensor that watches it, program the firmware it runs, get its data across a building on a long-range wireless network, build the dashboard and app that display it, and write the marketing that explains why any of that matters. Different tools, same discipline: figure out what's actually wrong, and build something that actually works.
The short version
We troubleshoot, we build custom hardware and software, and we help people find out both exist. NSDS Monitoring is what happens when all three come together in one product.
How We Got Here
From one-off fixes to a full-stack team.
It started with troubleshooting
Diagnosing problems other people couldn't pin down — in networks, in mechanical systems, in software that was quietly failing.
The fixes kept needing custom hardware
Off-the-shelf sensors and controllers didn't fit the actual problem often enough, so we started designing and 3D printing the parts that did.
The hardware needed a network, a dashboard, and an app
A sensor that can't report anywhere isn't useful. LoRa network design, firmware, and cloud software became part of every build.
The pattern became a product
NSDS Monitoring turned the recurring build into a platform — and gave every pillar of this company a permanent home to prove itself in.
What Guides The Work
A few rules we don't break.
Find the real cause
We diagnose before we quote. Replacing parts that aren't the problem wastes your money and ours.
Stay in our lane, legally
We handle general refrigeration and HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance. We are not a licensed HVAC/refrigeration contractor, and we say so — and refer out work that legally requires one.
Build for the environment
Coolers, mechanical rooms, and outdoor sites are unforgiving. Enclosures, firmware, and networks are designed for where they'll actually live.
Ship, don't just design
NSDS Monitoring is the proof: we don't hand off a spec and walk away. We build it, run it, and stand behind it.
